Mr. Diaz has a BSc degree from San Diego State University with more than 30 years of experience in the Mining Business with excellent knowledge of Colombian ground morphology and soil quality depending on its local geology and climate to choose the best areas to grow organic cannabis for medical purposes.
Has led grassroots exploration programs for junior mining companies in Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia. Mr. Diaz has also participated in the evaluation, due diligence reviews, and strategic assessments of mining opportunities and corporate acquisitions. He has negotiated and successfully managed international exploration agreements and has participated in several corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions) and corporate start-ups. He was co-founder and president of Andes Gold Corporation, AGCZ: OTC.

Mr. Rico is a senior financial executive with recognized leadership, strategic, operational, and risk management skills. He possesses expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory capital, financial services, retail markets, business valuation, restructuring debt projects, accounting, taxes, financial planning, budgeting, costing, and procurement.
Previously, Mr. Rico served as a research and development director of CARULLA, the most prestigious retail store chain supermarkets in Colombia, as operations vice-president for AFINSA S.A. in the banking sector, and as financial controller of ACERIAS PAZ DEL RIO Steel manufacturer. He was INDUSTRIAS E INVERSIONES SAMPER S.A’s financial vice-president, a cement and ready-mix producer. Mr. Rico served as a corporate financial planning manager for CEMENTOS MEXICANOS S.A. He was consulting partner of FINTAX Ltda.
Mr. Rico earned a Bachelor of Industrial Economics specializing in tax planning from Los Andes University in Bogotá. He has participated in the financial development of widespread Colombian and multinational companies and has served on the boards or committees of Celanese Colombiana SA, Fiduciaria Popular SA, Central De Mezclas SA, and Leasing Bogota SA. Mr. Rico served as a University Teacher on Financial management, cost management systems, and financial strategy at Los Andes University. Dr. Ramirez MD is a surgeon specializing in clinical and surgical Urology. Dr. Ramirez graduated from El Bosque University in Bogota Colombia. Dr. Ramirez specialized at the University of Buenos Aires and the Ministry of Health and social action.
Dr. Ramirez is a specialist in oncological urology. His specialty is surgical procedures in the treatment of urological, kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers.
Dr. Ramirez is deeply cognizant of the vast amount of medical experience in countries such as Israel, Canada, the USA, and Uruguay that uses medical cannabis for the treatment of diseases, especially fighting pain, chronic and acute inflammatory processes, chronic degenerative diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, ALS, rheumatoid arthritis; in the field of oncology, there are experiments with cannabinoids that demonstrate its direct action on the tumor cell by inhibiting its growth.
